The programme of the “Jubilee Events”, organised by the Grand Priory of Messina Delegation to celebrate the Great Roman Jubilee of 2000, is continuing successfully.

Prof. Don Guglielmo dei Duchi De Giovanni-Centelles will give a lecture on “Blessed Gerard, the Grand Priory of Messina and the Crusades” on 25 March at 5.30 p.m. in the Temple of St. John Hierosolymitan. Mass will be celebrated before the meeting at 4.30 p.m.

The “Jubilee Events” of the Priory of Messina Delegation were launched on 18 December 1999 with the lecture by Prof. Paolo Caucci von Saucken, President of the Accademia Internazionale Melitense, on “Incipit Jiubilaeum” Forms and Assumptions of the Great Roman Jubilee of 2000″, held in the Salone degli Specchi of the Regional Province of Messina. They continued with the scientific meeting organised on 26 February in the Aula Magna of the University of Messina, under the patronage of the Bonino e Pulejo Foundation, the USL 5/Messina, the Medical Association and Catholic Medical Association, on “Neurorehabilitation at the Beginning of the Third Millennium – Situation and Prospects”, attended by numerous personalities of the scientific and academic world and civil and religious authorities.
