The Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Fra’ John T. Dunlap, received Adam Mariusz Kwiatkowski, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, at the Magistral Palace for a farewell audience marking the end of his term of office.
During the meeting, the Grand Master conferred upon Ambassador Kwiatkowski the Grand Cross of the Order pro Merito Melitensi in recognition of his friendship and the distinguished diplomatic service rendered during his assignment to the Order of Malta.
As ambassador to the Order of Malta since 2022, throughout his mission Kwiatkowski has promoted numerous opportunities for dialogue and initiatives of an institutional, cultural and social nature, helping to identify new occasions for collaboration to further strengthen the bonds of friendship between the Republic of Poland and the Order of Malta.
The conferral of the Grand Cross of the pro Merito Melitensi was an expression of the Order of Malta’s gratitude to Ambassador Kwiatkowski, reaffirming the deep bonds of friendship and mutual esteem that unite the Order and the Republic of Poland.
