The ceremony of admission to the Order of Malta of Knight and Dame of Magistral Grace Mr Patrick E. Kelly, Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus, and Mrs Vanessa Kelly, took place yesterday.

After the conferral of the insignia by the Order of Malta’s Grand Master, Fra’ John Dunlap, Don Carmine Rizzi celebrated mass in the chapel of the Magistral Palace in Rome.

Also present at the ceremony were Grand Commander Fra’ Emmanuel Rousseau, Grand Hospitaller Fra’ Alessandro De Franciscis, Fra’ Nicola Tegoni, Sovereign Council member, Kenneth Raymond Craig, President of the Order of Malta’s American Association, and the Order’s Ambassador to the Holy See, Antonio Zanardi Landi. The Kelly family was accompanied by their three daughters.
