On 23 June 2026, the Constitutional Charter and the Melitense Code of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta were published on the official website of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, in light of the amendments contained in the Rescriptum approved by the Holy Father, as announced on 19 June 2026 by the Cardinal Patron, Gianfranco Ghirlanda S.J.

In the coming weeks, the relevant official translations into English, French, Spanish and German will be published.
