On the occasion of the ceremony for the 94th anniversary of the signing of Lateran Pacts between Italy and the Holy See and the Concordat Revision Agreement, the Lieutenant of the Grand Master of the Sovereign Order of Malta Fra’ John T. Dunlap met the President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella.

At Palazzo Borromeo, seat of the Italian embassy to the Holy See and to the Sovereign Order of Malta, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Vatican’s Secretary of State, and Cardinal Matteo Maria Zuppi, President of the Italian Episcopal Conference, were present. For the Italian delegation, the Presidents of the Senate Ignazio La Russa and of the Chamber of Deputies Lorenzo Fontana participated.
