Franco Frattini addresses the symposium Religions Together for Humanitarian Action, organised by the Order of Malta at the UN Geneva. Frattini has twice served as Italian Minster for Foreign Affairs and was European Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security. Since 2012 he has been President of the Italian Society for International Organisations (SIOI): a non-profit of internationalist character under the supervision of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
